This pillow combined with the mouthguard has helped me lower my blood pressure and sleep way better!

Good product

I have wasted a lot of money trying to solve the problem more cheaply: some other products worked but none nearly as well as the Somnofit-S. This is the only one that actually stopped my snoring. I have been using it for just over two months, so I can't say how long it holds up, but the construction seems to be sturdy, and I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts for the full year the company claims. One caveat, though: the plastic bands that provide the flexibility do wear out: I noted a reduction in effectiveness after two months of nightly wear. (Yes, you can replace just the bands.) Also, I do not find that I can talk or drink water while wearing the Somnofit as some have claimed, and my mouth does not close completely. I'm a woman with a medium jaw, and the Somnofit is less bulky and easier to wear than the SnoreRX but more bulky and less comfortable than the Smartguard. That said, it's easier to mold than the Smartguard and--the main point--it's more effective.

I thought I would try this before investing in more expensive medical options and I am very pleased and a little surorised

I don’t know why I’ve waited to get one of these. It works a lot better than nose strips to open my nasal airways and reusable so I’m not throwing away strips and buying more. Or ripping my skin off.
