The Somnofit-S's design allows for some natural vertical jaw movement, but anatomy varies, so this may not always be the case.

What really matters is how your device performs while you're asleep. If your Somnofit-S remains securely fitted while you're asleep and reduces your snoring, you're on the right track! However, if one or both of your mouth guard trays are falling out while you're asleep, it can indicate one or both of the following:

1. The molding wasn’t deep or firm enough during the impression, particularly around the molars (where most of the grip comes from).

2.There may be excess molding material preventing full suction around the teeth, making it feel fine at first, but it will gradually become less secure.

Here’s what to do:

We recommend remolding the problem mouth guard tray, but this time:

• Heat the water for an additional 15-20 seconds before placing the mouth guard trays in.
• Make sure your molars are pressed firmly into the molding material (not just the front teeth).
• After heating, press in from the sides to wrap the material more fully around your teeth.
• If you notice any excess molding material spilling over the top or back, you can trim it as per our video guidelines (link to the video below)

The "How do I know if my fit is correct" and "Loose fit" sections available in our latest How to Mold Your Somnofit-S video identify the signs of an optimal fit and troubleshoot a loose fit, respectively.

Next steps:

If you feel your current mouth guard trays are too compromised, I'd be happy to send you replacement trays (free of charge) so you can start afresh. This should give you ample opportunity to dial in a comfortable, secure fit.

Yes, absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with the Somnofit-S, you’re welcome to return it within 120 days of your purchase.

You can safely trim any excess material using a pair of sharp scissors or a utility knife. For finer adjustments, a nail file, small sanding tool, or even your finger can help smooth out rough edges or sharp tips.

If the material feels too firm to cut, you can soften it enough by heating the device.

Use the following steps to do so:

• Heat water until the included temperature indicator turns red.
• Let the water sit for 30-60 seconds after reaching the desired temperature. This ensures it's hot but not too hot to affect the fit.
• Place your Somnofit-S in the water briefly to soften the material.

This process should make the clear material pliable enough to trim without affecting your original impression.

Additionally, we suggest using tongs during this process. This will help you grip your mouth guard firmly while submerging the problem area in hot water.

Brushing your Somnofit-S gently with toothpaste and a toothbrush each morning is a solid daily routine. To take it a step further, we also recommend using a denture or mouthguard cleaner, such as Polident, occasionally for a deeper clean.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as bleach, ammonia, or mouthwashes containing alcohol, as these can degrade the material over time or irritate sensitive tissue.

You'll know your Somnofit-S fits just right if it:

• Stays securely in place without slipping
• Fits comfortably without feeling bulky and instrusive
• Covers most of your tooth enamel when biting down
• Doesn't trigger your gag reflex or restrict airflow
• Doesn't have a lot of excess clear molding material spilling over the molding trays

If the fit doesn't feel quite right, don't stress — you can remold your device safely at home using the corresponding section in our Somnofit-S Molding Video.

While the medium-sized Airflow Clip suits most people, everyone's nose is unique. As such, we recommend purchasing our Trial Pack (Small, Medium, & Large included). Doing so will help you determine which size works best for you.

It can take a while to get used to sleeping with the Airflow Clip. There are a few things you can do to make it more comfortable.

- Moisten it before inserting it into your nose — simply run it under some water

- Add a dab of coconut oil or petroleum jelly inside your nose before inserting the Airflow Clip

Reshape it to suit your nose by soaking the clip in 140°F water for 3 seconds. Bend the wings inward or outward to better fit the shape of your nose.

Follow the Airflow Clip setup guide above to customize your fit. Gently warm the clip in warm water, then shape it for a more comfortable, personalized fit through the steps in the video.

It is compatible with CPAP nasal pillows. Should you still have further questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider.

Both the inner and outer covers of your pillow are machine washable for easy maintenance. Wash it on a gentle cycle. It's advisable to air dry the covers to maintain their shape and fabric quality. Alternatively, you can use the low heat setting on your dryer.

Memory foam pillows often feel too firm at first. They break in over time, which makes them softer. If you want to speed up this process, you can gently knead the pillow until it feels more comfortable.

The pillow encourages you to sleep on your side, which is how it reduces snoring. It’ll likely be uncomfortable if you choose to sleep on your back.

Absolutely. We offer a 120-night policy on our Posiform Pillow, so if you’re not happy with the pillow, you’re welcome to request a refund within 120 days of purchase. For a detailed overview of the return process, kindly refer to our return policy.
