That’s why we offer a generous return policy that lets you try our products risk-free, even if you’ve already used them.

Whether you're not seeing results or just not loving your purchase, we're here to make the return process smooth and stress-free.

 

Which Products Are Eligible for Return?

We offer different return windows based on the type of product:

 

120-Night Return Window
The following products are eligible for return within 120 days of delivery:

  • Somnofit-S Mouth Guard+

  • Posiform Anti-Snore Pillow

  • SilverSafe Pillow

 

30-Night Return Window
The following products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery:

  • Slumber Patch

  • Airflow Clip™ Nasal Dilator

  • Somnofit-S™ Replacement Adjustment Straps

 

You will receive your refund within 10 business days after your returned item(s) is delivered to SnoreLessNow Headquarters.

Please note that we cannot refund you on your original shipping charges as well as any discounts or gift card values used during your purchase.

You can return any item, even if it’s been worn or used, as long as it’s within the return window. We get it: sleep solutions need to be tried out to know if they work for you. 

 

Uncomfortable? Before You Return Your Product...

 

Sometimes it takes a few nights to get fully comfortable with a new sleep solution — especially if it’s designed to change how you sleep. 

Before deciding to return your product, try these simple tips to give it the best shot at working for you:


Somnofit-S Mouth Guard+

  • Adjustment period: It can take some time to get used to wearing your mouthguard. Minor discomfort is totally normal at first, and usually fades with continued use.

  • Check the bite: Look for deep bite marks to confirm it's molded correctly. Don’t see them? Try molding it again, ensuring your bite is deep enough.

  • Ease into it: You might find it easier to start slow. If you’d like, you can wear it for 1–2 hours before bed for the first few nights, then gradually increase use until you can comfortably sleep with it all night. 

  • Adjust the Strap: For less tension, use a longer strap (lower number). If snoring continues, try a shorter strap (higher number) for a firmer hold. See our video for more information.

Posiform Anti-Snore Pillow

  • New sleep position? Give it time. This pillow helps train your body to sleep in a healthier position. It can take 5 to 7 nights for your body to fully adjust.

  • Feels too firm? Memory foam naturally softens with use. To speed it up, remove the bamboo outer cover (leave the cotton one on) and gently knead the pillow for a few minutes.


Airflow Clip Nasal Dilator

  • Fit is key. Moisten the clip before inserting, and use the largest size that fits snugly without sticking out. The bridge should rest gently against the base of your nose.

  • Does it keep falling out? Try the next size up, but make sure it still fits comfortably. If it’s irritating the inside of your nose, try this:

  • Moisten it before inserting it into your nose — simply run it under some water.

  • Add a dab of coconut oil or petroleum jelly inside your nose before inserting the Airflow Clip.

  • Reshape it to suit your nose by soaking the clip in 140°F water for 3 seconds to reshape it. Bend the wings inward or outward to better fit the shape of your nose.

Please note: Items sent without starting the process through our portal will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds & Return Shipping

 

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@snorelessnow.com.


Return Shipping Fees:

 

  • If you purchase Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, return shipping is free.

  • Otherwise, your return shipping may incur a fee, depending on the size of the package.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Prefer store credit? Choose that option and get 110% of your purchase value. 

 

Packaging Guidelines

 

To help us process your return quickly and safely:

  • Use the original packaging when possible

  • Include any protective covers, bags, or inserts that came with the product 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
