I’ve tried a bunch of the cones and dilators. It definitely makes a difference to get a quality product. This one I like a lot because it pushes your nostrils out rather than a big fat cone going up into your nostril. I feel like the cones block some of the air. I’need to get a few more because unfortunately, my cats like these as much as I do. lol!

I bought this and expected it to work as well as a breath rite strip. I was unexpectedly surprised. Two words...Game Changer. It was the first night in over thirty years that I could breathe out of both sides of my nose. According to my ENT I only have moderately inflamed sinuses. The treatment being using breath rite strips, steroid spray and Navage. I saw an ad on Facebook to and figured I would give it a try. I bought the trial pack and followed the tips section in about wetting it first. I tried both the small and medium, wearing it around the house and decided on the small clip. I have bad allergies with a stuffy nose. Due to some negative side effects I’ve stopped taking my steroid nasal spray. So it can be super hard to breathe while sleeping. I bought these nasal dilators and they have kept my nose open so I can breathe at night! I bought the trial pack and I found that I am able to use all the sizes. They are easy to wash also. They are clear, so you have to take care where you put them because they blend in.

I'm sticking it out and wearing it every night! YES it works, I've cut my use of nasal spray in half and I'm working on cutting it out completely. It takes a little work and a little grit to hang in there and it's saving me money, not having to buy so much nasal spray and nose strips!
